Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Return & Exchange Period: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Conditions: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, and include all accessories and invoice.
  3. Process:
    • Please email us at sales@tribechair.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
    • We will respond within 24-48 hours and provide instructions for the return/exchange.
    • Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund or send the exchanged item within 3-5 business days.
  4. Shipping Fees: For returns/exchanges not due to product issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective or incorrect items, Tribe Chair will cover the shipping fees.
  5. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your payment provider, typically 3-7 business days.
